OVERVIEW
Designed the end-to-end experience for a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) platform focused on making online education more accessible through flexible payment options. Led branding, UX strategy, and interface design from concept to execution.
THE CHALLENGE
Online education platforms often present financial barriers that prevent users from enrolling in courses upfront. Career Pay aimed to:
- Remove cost as a barrier to learning.
- Simplify the payment experience for users.
- Build trust in a financial product through a clear, user-friendly design.
- Create a seamless experience from course discovery to payment.
MY ROLE
- Led UX strategy and product design from concept to prototype.
- Developed branding and visual identity for the platform.
- Created user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Designed the website and application interface.
- Conducted research and defined user personas.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align product direction.
- Supported testing and iteration to refine usability.

RESULTS
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams on the end-to-end design of Career Pay, transforming the concept into a functional high-fidelity prototype that validated user needs and streamlined the development roadmap.
- Optimized the checkout experience by simplifying financial user flows, effectively reducing friction and enhancing user trust during high-stakes decision-making.
- Defined a strategic brand identity and visual language that aligned with the target audience, strengthening brand recognition and supporting long-term engagement.
- Developed marketing assets including banners and outdoor advertising, and contributed to a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
