INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN & MARKETING STRATEGY
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Contributed to the development of CodeBound, a 20-week full-stack coding bootcamp designed to prepare students for real-world Agile development environments. Focused on branding, instructional design, and marketing to support both student learning and program growth.
THE CHALLENGE
CodeBound needed to:
- Establish a strong and recognizable brand identity.
- Attract and engage students in a competitive education space. 
- Bridge the gap between traditional learning and real-world Agile experience. 
- Deliver clear, structured content to support student success. 
MY ROLE
- Collaborated on UX design and branding, contributing to the visual identity and responsive website.
- Developed instructional materials, including presentations and student workbooks.
- Designed marketing assets such as banners, flyers, outdoor advertisements, and branded merchandise.
- Supported social media and promotional campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
- Assisted with event planning for graduation ceremonies and public appearances, including logistics, coordination, and live-stream setup.
- Facilitated Agile workflows as Scrum Master, supporting team collaboration and delivery.

- Built a cohesive brand identity to create recognition across digital and physical channels. 
- Combined marketing efforts (social media, events, and outdoor ads) to reach a broader audience.
- Applied Lean UX principles with iterative design and feedback to refine both product and curriculum.
- Focused on aligning instructional content with real-world Agile practices to improve learning outcomes.

- Successfully launched the program with strong enrollment driven by branding and marketing efforts.
